Booth Reservation

A professional exhibition incorporating major companies and institutions working within the field of Paratuberculosis will be held during the Colloquium. The exhibition will be an excellent opportunity to initiate profitable contacts.
 
Exhibition Areas

The exhibition area is located in "the marble hall" combining all University colloquium areas. This is also where coffee and lunchbags are served and next to the poster viewing area.

Supreme and Main sponsors of the 8ICP have first choice of booths until 1st of April 2005. Subsequently booths will be assigned on a first-come and first-served basis. Please note that assignment is binding and that any subsequent cancellation of the reservation will be subject to the terms outlined under cancellation and refund policy. (link)

Please contact our technical department if you wish to order further equipment such as light/sound, Internet access etc. Large exhibitions are always hectically. In this atmosphere DVC stands as a strong partner. Plasmas, wireless mic's, videos, computers and complete light designs are being put up discretely and presentable. Poster exhibition

We recommend that you put up your poster on Sunday 14. August 2005 in connection with the Opnening brunch. Authors are expected to be present at their poster in the lunch break on the day where the corresponding session is presented .
