How to use this homepage
This homepage has been designed to give you immediate access to conference information, registration, hotel reservation and abstract handling. Before you can perform any activity, you need to log on as described below. Registration, hotel reservation and abstract submission can be performed in any order.

Browser requirements for using this homepage are given on the webmaster page.

How to log on

You need a log on account in order to use the homepage. Choose LOG ON in the menu and press the "Create a log on account" button. You will be asked for your email address, which will act as your user name. The system will now send a computer-generated password to your email address. When you have received this password, log on using your email as Username and the password.

If you want to change your password, log on and select the menu item USER, and then CHANGE PASSWORD.
If you have forgotten your password, then choose LOG ON in the menu and click on "Retrieve lost password...". The system will ask you to enter your user name (i.e. your email address). The old password will be sent as an email within a few minutes.

How to register

Log on and choose REGISTRATION in the menu, fill out the on-line registration form.


How to make a hotel reservation

Hotel reservation can either be performed together with conference registration or done separately afterwards. If you skipped hotel reservation during registration, you may later make a hotel reservation by choosing REGISTRATION and then HOTEL RESERVATION.

How to submit an abstract

Abstract submission will be handled by the new IAP website when it is available. To submit an abstract, complete the 8ICP LOG ON and go to AUTHORS - ABSTRACT SUBMISSION. Here you will automatically be redirected to the abstract handling system when the abstract submission is open. Abstract submission will close by March 15 2005.

The abstract that you have submitted is assumed to be presented by yourself at the conference.
