Poster boards will be available for all accepted posters (see list of posters)

Poster board specification:

- Your poster should be presented in Portrait (see picture of poster boards below)

- Your poster should not exceed 93 cm in width and 183 cm in heigth (this means that posters which are 180 cm wide and 90 cm high will NOT fit the poster board!)

- Pins for hanging the poster will be available. Adhesive band is not allowed.

Posters should be easily read from a distance of 2 to 3 metres. Photos, graphs and figures are preferred to large tables. The main title should be at least 4 cm and main text should not be smaller than 1 cm.

You can put your poster up from Sunday morning.

All posters should be present during the entire colloquium and should be removed wednesday August 17.

There are no dedicated poster viewing slots in the programme, but we encourage delegates to do this in the lunch breaks. Free lunch will be served near the posters, and poster presentors are expected to be present at or around their poster as a minimum at lunch on the day of the theme to which the poster belongs.
