The registration desk is located inside "The Marble Hall" of the Royal Veterinary and Agricultural University, Thorvaldsensvej 40.

DELEGATES

Delegates are required to register to participate in the different activities including scientific programme & Exhibition. Take advantage of the Welcome reception/brunch to register on Sunday 14 August before the opening ceremony and scientific sessions start at 13:00.

The Conference documents must be picked up at the registration desk during the opening hours.

Those wishing to participate in the 8 ICP 2005 should complete the online registration form.
Participants should note that registration is binding and that any subsequent cancellation of the registration will be subject to the terms outlined under cancellation and refund policy. (link)

ABSTRACT AUTHORS

Abstract authors are advised to register when submitting their Abstract, and thus take advantage of the early registration rate. According to the laws and by-laws of the IAP, all abstracts will be accepted for either an oral or a poster presentation.

The thursday excursion is not included in the registration fee.

In the event of insufficient advance reservations, the organizers reserve the right to cancel tours. Notice of cancellation will be shown immediately after the dates indicated. Notification of the cancellation will take place on-site/at the Conference. The refund for any tour cancelled by the organizers is 100%. All refunds will be processed after the Conference.
