AUDIO-VISUAL ARRANGEMENTS

There will be an LCD projector with a computer and an overhead projector in the lecture room. Please
• DO NOT bring your own laptop for the presentation
• Produce and bring overhead transparencies as a backup

• Send your presentation by e-mail (8icp@kvl.dk) (files should be less than 5 MB, if larger, please make special arrangements with us at 8icp@kvl.dk)

•or load the presentation at the session meeting on the night before your presentation as follows

• Arrive at your session at least 15 minutes early, so that you can test your equipment

WITHDRAWALS AND NO-SHOWS

• All withdrawals should be sent to the Chairman of the Theme you appear in. Please make sure your withdrawal has been received
• If there is a ‘no-show’ speaker the time schedule may be adjusted within the theme.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Abstract submission will only be possible via the online submission program. See under 'Authors' --> 'Abstract Submission' for further information.
Abstract submission will be available from October 15, 2004
Deadline for submission of abstracts will be March 15, 2004

POSTER PRESENTATIONS

Posters are displayed throughout the event. The posters are accessible for study at any time during Meeting hours. Dedicated Poster Presentation Sessions will take place during lunch breaks, when no other sessions will take place. Detailed instructions will be sent to the presenting author on notification of acceptance.
