Transportation

Due to the well-established infrastructure, travelling to Copenhagen is an easy task. From Copenhagen Airport, the largest airport in Scandinavia with several transcontinental departures daily, the city centre is reached by train in just 10 minutes. The Copenhagen Metro provides a rapid means of transportation in central Copenhagen and stops near the KVL at Forum or Frederiksberg. The S-trains and numerous buses connect the Copenhagen surroundings in an efficient way.

Passports/Visa
A valid passport is required for entry into Denmark. Participants requiring a visa are strongly advised to apply at least 3 month before their intended date of travel.
Please note that Van Hauen Conferences & Incentives is not responsible for invitations or for issuing visas to this Conference.

Denmark is a member of the Schengen Convention. Citizens from a number of countries outside Western Europe and North America may need to have a Schengen Visa before traveling to Denmark.
The list of countries for which this is the case is available <here>. For details on how to apply for a visa, contact the local diplomatic mission of Denmark or any other Schengen country.
