CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION AND SOCIAL ARRANGEMENTS
Notice of cancellation should be sent in writing to Van Hauen Conferences ApS, att. vanhauen@vanhauen.dk

Registered participants who are unable to attend the meeting will have their fees refunded per the following conditions:

A refund of all fees paid, less a deduction of EURO 60 administration fee, will be processed for all cancellations notified before 1 July 2010 .

Cancellations received on or after 1 July 2010 are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION OF HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
Notice of cancellation should be sent in writing to Van Hauen Conferences ApS, att.vanhauen@vanhauen.dk

A refund of the amount paid, less a fee corresponding to the first night's accommodation, will be processed for all cancellations notified before 15 September 2010 .
Cancellations received on or after 15 September 2010 are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION OF EXHIBITION SPACE

CANCELLATIONS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED ON CONDITION THAT WRITTEN NOTICE OF NON-ATTENDANCE IS RECEIVED BY VAN HAUEN CONFERENCES APS, BY THE ABOVE-STATED DATES.

REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE PROCESSED AFTER THE CONFERENCE.

CHANGES

ALL changes relating to hotel accommodation will be charged at the stated rate plus EURO 20 administration fee per change. Changes should be sent in writing to Van Hauen Conferences & Incentives ApS, att. vanhauen@vanhauen.dkand NOT to the hotel or any other party.

All other changes and additional extras will be charged at the stated rate plus EURO 20 administration fee per change. Changes should be sent in writing to Van Hauen Conferences & Incentives Aps, att.vanhauen@vanhauen.dk and NOT to any other party.

Name changes are only accepted when the original person and his/her substitute come from the same university, institute or company. Name changes are subject to EURO 50 administration fee per change.

LATE PAYMENTS
Late or outstanding payments, not remitted by the due date, will be subject to EURO 20 reminder fee.
