  1. How to submit an abstract
Log in and choose ABSTRACT and then SUBMIT ABSTRACT. Fill out the form and press the "Save" button. You may edit your abstract until (date not yet determined).
  2. The abstract that you have submitted is assumed to be presented by yourself at the conference.
  3. Authors presenting abstracts must be registered for the congress. Abstracts must be written in clear and concise English.
  4. Title should contain no more than 34 characters including space. The abstract text should contain no more than 200 words and fit the space on the form. Single space all text. Do not leave blank lines. Abbreviations, and in brackets after the first full use of the word, should be used for common terms only. Use SI units, and generic names of drugs if applicable. Write numbers as numerals rather than words. There should be no separate subdivisions.
  5. The abstract should be informative, containing a sentence statement of the study's specific objectives; a brief statement of methods, if pertinent; a summary of the results obtained; and a statement of the conclusions. Use short specific titles.
  6. It is not satisfactory to state “The results will be discussed”. Avoid references. Incomplete or incorrectly submitted abstracts will not be returned to the author but rejected without further notice. The abstract will appear exactly as typed. Therefore any errors in spelling, grammar or scientific facts will be reproduced as you type them.
  7. Excessive use of mathematical formulas should be avoided. Whenever formulas are needed, use Latex math environments, e.g. "$f(x) = x^2$" (in-line formula) or "$$H_n = \sum_{i=1}^n \frac{1}{i}$$" (full-line formula).
