Visa/Invitations

 Denmark is a member of the Schengen Convention. Citizens from a number of countries outside Western Europe and North America may need to have a Schengen Visa before traveling to Denmark. The list of countries for which this is the case is available <here>.

For details on how to apply for a visa, contact the local diplomatic representation of Denmark or any other Schengen country. A personal invitation from the organizing committee stating name, address and the expected period of the stay may be required. Invitations are provided by the organisers on request. Letters of invitation can be ordered by sending a message to svh@vanhauen.dk with "Letter of Invitation Request" written in the subject field. Note that processing a visa application may take several months.

Each conference participant is expected to make his/her own arrangements for a visa.
