CANCELLATION/CHANGES& REFUND POLICY

 

 

Please read the following terms carefully:

Cancellation of registration and social arrangements
Registered participants who are unable to attend the meeting will have their fees refunded per the following conditions: A refund of all fees paid, less a deduction of DKK 500 administration fee, will be processed for all cancellations notified before 1. May 2008.
Cancellations received on or after 1.May 2008 are non-refundable.

Cancellation of hotel accommodation
Cancellation of hotel accommodation received before 1. May 2008 entitles you to a 100% refund, excluding deduction of a DKK 350.- administration fee.
Cancellations received on or after 1. May 2008 are non-refundable.

Changes
ALL changes relating to hotel accommodation will be charged at the stated rate plus DKK 150 administration fee per change. Changes should be sent in writing to Van Hauen Conferences & Incentives Att. Dorina van Hauen dvh@vanhauen.dk and NOT to the hotel or any other party.

All other changes and additional extras will be charged at the stated rate plus DKK 150 administration fee per change. Changes should be sent in writing to Van Hauen Conferences & Incentives Att. Dorina van Hauen dvh@vanhauen.dk and NOT to any other party.

Name changes are only accepted when the original person and his/her substitute come from the same university, institute or company. Name changes are subject to DKK 350 administration fee per change.

Late Payments
Late or outstanding payments, not remitted by the due date, will be subject to DKK 150 reminder fee.
