The organizers reserve the right at any time, with or without notice, at their absolute discretion and without necessarily giving any reasons thereof, to cancel or postpone the Conference and Exhibition, to change its venue and/or timetable, to make any change or amendments to the published particular of the Conference and to withdraw any invitation to attend the Conference.
