Opening Ceremony. Sunday, 5 September 2005 at 19.00 hrs
The Opening Ceremony will be held at the Conference Center XXXX accompanied by a performance of the brass ensemble of ……

Welcome Reception. Sunday, 5 September 2005 at 20.00 hrs
Following the opening ceremony all participants are invited to join the welcome reception which will take place at XXXXXXX. Typical Danish dishes and drinks and also entertainment will be provided. An ideal opportunity to meet friends and colleagues.

Get-Together (Sunday afternoon, 17 August)
Informal gathering from 17.00 – 20.00 at the Conference site. Participation is included in the Conference registration fee. A buffet will be served.

Conference Dinner (Tuesday evening, 19 August)
The XXXXX Conference dinner will take place at the famous Base Camp restaurant in the former naval area of the city, recently rebuilt into one of the main cultural centers of the city. The price is DKK 600. Transportation to the restaurant will be by boat and includes a short harbor tour. Boat departure from Nyhavn at 18.00. Conference dinner starts at 19.00.

Reception (Wednesday afternoon, 20 August)
Taste the traditional City Hall pancakes or participate in a cocktail party in the Celebration Hall at the University of Copenhagen. Participation is included in the Conference registration fee. The receptions start at 19.00.

Farewell Reception/Closing ceremony
After the closing ceremony a farewell reception will be arranged at XXXXXXXX
